某院2010年口服降糖药应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析四川省自贡市第四人民医院口服降糖药使用现状及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2010年口服降糖药的销售金额、销售量、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果 2010年口服降糖药的销售金额排序前3位者分别为二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、瑞格列奈。DDDs排序前3位者为二甲双胍、格列吡嗪、格列齐特。结论该院口服降糖药应用基本合理,新药用药量呈上升趋势,传统用药仍占据相当位置。Objective To analyze the using status and the development trend of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the ZigongFourth People′s Hospital of Sichuan province to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The sales amount of oral hypoglycemic agents,sales volume,defined daily doses（DDDs）,defined daily cost（DDC）,etc.in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The top three in sales amount of oral hypoglycemic drugs during 2010 were metformin,acarbose and repaglinide.The top 3 positions in DDDs were metformin,glipizide and gliclazide.Conclusion The application of oral hypoglycemic agents is basically rational and the use amounts of new drugs show the increasing trend,but the old drugs still occupy a considerable position.
