摘　　要：手杖是行动不便患者的常用的简单用具，临床上因使用不当产生指、腕、肘和肩等关节部位的改变，如疼痛、末梢神经麻痹、关节硬化和囊肿等。因此，正确指导使用手杖的方式方法，在行动不便患者康复过程中是十分必要的。The walking sick is the ordinary appliance for the people in inconvenient. It is frequently lead to pathological change of joint at digit wrist elbow and shoulder such as pain paralysis of nerve ending stiff joint and cyst. So it is very requisite to direct the people in inconvenient how to use walking sick for them convalescent.
