摘　　要：印度是一个正在崛起的大国,无论是人口因素、地缘因素、军事因素还是政治因素,都有十分明显的优势。然而,任何因素都会有积极与消极两个方面的影响,对一个国家的发展来说,两者总是同时存在并在不同的情势下发生转化,甚至是有利因素很容易转化成不利因素,而反之则很难。对于印度这样发展中的大国,能否将各种因素中的消极效应降至最低点,甚至转化为自身优势而加以利用,才是其崛起过程中最需解决的问题。India is a rising power. It enjoys a very clear superiority in terms of its population, geopolitics, military and political strength. However, any factor is liable to have both positive and negative effects. To a country in its development, the two aspects always coexist and change from one to the other according to different conditions, even to the extent that the advantages can be easily transformed into the disadvantages, but it will be very hard to do it conversely. To a developing country like India, the most important thing for it to do is whether it is able to reduce the various negative effects to the minimum, even to convert them to its own advantages and make full use of them.
