摘　　要：美国启动从阿富汗撤军的进程,不仅对阿富汗安全局势将带来重要的影响,也将影响到相关国家特别是中亚国家。阿富汗的安全、稳定与重建直接关系到它所在地区以及相邻地区的安全、稳定与发展。因此,必须准确判断阿富汗自身安全形势的变化,把握阿富汗局势走向对相邻的中亚国家以及对中国的作用。The processes that the United States start to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan, will not only bring about a serious impact on the security situation in that country, but also cause impacts on some relevant countries, especially those countries in Central Asia. Afghanistan’s security, stability and reconstruction will have a direct bearing on the security, stability and development of the region it is located and the adjacent region. It is, therefore, necessary for us to make a correct judgment to the changes of security situation inside Afghanistan, and grasp the impacts that the development of Afghan situation will have to its neighboring countries in Central Asia and to China as well.
