摘  要:设计了一种新颖的属于强度调制型的光纤曲率传感器,其传感部分采用了双光纤接收组的差动结构,信号解调电路部分主要由双对数放大器ADL5310和仪表放大器AD623构成。通过弹性简支梁中点处受力产生梁面弯曲来模拟待测曲面的曲率变化,对曲率理论与传感机制两方面进行了理论研究。此外,还完成了相应的实验测试,且结果表明该传感装置对曲率变化具有很高的线性响应度。由于该传感装置具有结构简单、成本低、灵敏度高等特点,因此可在曲率检测领域得到实际应用。A novel curvature sensor, which belongs to the optical intensity modulation type, is presented, this sensor employs differential structure two fiber-optic receiving groups in the sensing part and mainly consists of doub- le logarithmic amplifier ADL5310 and instrumentation amplifier AD623 in the signal demodulation part. Through the way that simply supported beam under forces at it's midpoint was caused bend to simulate measured curved sur- face, theory research on curvature variation and sensing mechanism was developed. Furthermore, the corresponding experimental tests were accomplished. The experiment results indicated that the sensor had good linear response ca- pacity to curvature variation. Due to the advantages of simple structure, low cost and high sensitivity, the sensor can be applied to the curvature detection field in practice.
