摘  要:研制一套成本低廉、操作维护简单且水质水温稳定的适合实验室长期使用的斑马鱼饲养繁育设备。聚碳酸酯小鼠饲养盒改造为独立饲养单元。屏蔽式循环水泵、无规共聚聚丙烯管材管件连接构成循环水路。"M"型生物过滤箱、膜式微孔过滤器、紫外杀菌灯进行养殖水净化。恒温电加热棒、光周期控制器、浮阀式自动补水器等构成自动控制系统。设备操作方便、维护简单。独立饲养单元内水温水质符合使斑马鱼保持最佳健康状态的水质标准。该设备已无故障稳定运行一年,现饲有成年斑马鱼700尾,繁育幼鱼1 530尾,每天至少提供满足实验需求的鱼卵1 500枚。该设备制造及运行、维护成本低,能够为斑马鱼提供良好的环境条件,适合中小型实验室长期使用。To develop a durable and low-cost zebrafish facility which is easy to operate and maintain in labora- tory application, simultaneously with stable water temprature and quality, transform mouse-cages to fish tanks , use standardized parts and bump to connect water circulating. A self-made biofiher, cascading membrane filter and UV lamp were equipped to treat water. Automatic photoperiod control ,water-lack protection and real-time conductivity monitor were the electric accessories. This facility costs more less than those commercially available systems, and easy to operate and maintain. Water temperature and quality in fish tanks were met the water quality criteria for op- timal fish health. This facility worked very well. More than 700 adult fishes were hold in it, more than 1 530 baby fi- shes were bred and at least 1 500 fertilized eggs could be collected everyday. This facility maintained optimal water condition with low cost and maintenance charge, especially suit to small or medium size laboratory.
