摘 要:分析了破茬圆盘刀点蚀声发射信号及小波变换的特点,以说明小波变换是适合于点蚀声发射信号处理的一种方法。利用小波的多分辨分析对声学信号中参杂的噪声进行抑制,使声发射数据满足"规则化"的要求;同时为减少声发射点蚀实验对环境的依赖发挥重要作用。实验结果证明小波分析对声发射信号具有良好的去噪效果。The acoustic emission signal characteristics of pitting corrosion on the cut-stubble disc sickle and the characteristics of the wavelet transform have been analyzed. The purpose was to illustrate that the wavelet transform was suitable for pitting corrosion acoustic emission signal processing. Using wavelet multiresolution analysis, noise in the acoustic emission signals was suppressed. This made the acoustic emission data meet the requirements of "regularization". At the same time, it would reduce dependence on the environment in the corrosion experiment of acoustic emission. The experimental results showe that wavelet analysis of acoustic emission signal had a better de- noising effect.
