摘　　要：根据当前保障病人安全的现实需要,通过查阅文献、现场调研、头脑风暴法等方法,以Donabedian的"结构—过程—结果"临床框架作为指标体系设计框架,建立评价急诊科病人的初始指标库,然后运用德尔菲法进行筛选,最终构建一套以结构—过程—结果为框架,包含3个一级指标、14个二级指标、62个三级指标的急诊病人安全评价指标体系。Based on practical needs of the management of patients＇ safety, Donabedian＇s clinical framework ＂structure-process-results＂ was used to design index system framework and develop the original target database to evaluate the patient safety in emergency department with the methods of literature research, field investigation, and brainstorming. Then, Delphi method screened and determined the index system were used. Finally, a set of patient safety evaluation index system in emergency departments was established with the framework of ＂structure-process-results＂, including the 3 first level indicators, 14 secondary indicators, 62 three indicators.
