摘  要:目的了解我国省级卫生应急人员对突发公共卫生事件风险评估的认知状况。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)承担突发公共卫生事件应急处置的省级卫生应急工作人员进行调查,共计调查415名。结果应急人员普遍意识到突发公共卫生事件信息监测的重要性,但对监测信息来源认知较局限;对风险评估概念熟悉程度较低,且不同机构之间的认知存在一定差异;对风险评估工作的认知也存在分歧,认知水平亟待进一步提高。结论应完善信息获取途径、加强风险评估的宣传与培训、建立健全风险评估制度。Objective To understand the cognitive status of public health emergency risk assessment among provincial emergency staffs. Methods Questionnaire is designed and used to do the investigation among provincial emergency staffs in 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China. The sample number is 415. Results The results showed: most of the emergency staff has realized the importance of information monitoring, but the cognition of the monitoring sources is limited; the staffs are not so familiar with the risk assessment conception and the cognition difference among different agencies is statistically significant; there also exist differences on the cognition of the risk assessment contents and the cognitive level among provincial emergency staffs should be raised. Conclusion Three recommendations are given as follows: expanding the information sources of monitoring and perfecting the pathway of getting those; improving the cognitive level of provincial emergency personnel by enhancing the propaganda and training of risk assessment; establishing and perfecting the mechanism of risk assessment to direct and guide the routine risk assessment work.
