摘　　要：通过动车组司机室标志灯聚碳酸酯玻璃面罩漏雨故障的现场调查情况,结合密封胶老化失效研究、损伤现状和施工过程分析,提出快捷、可行的解决方案;同时根据检修技术的现状,提出改善高速动车组维修性、故障响应速度和可用性的建设性意见。Combining with the field survey of EMU cab＇s polycarbonate marker lampshade, aging failure, damage status and construction of sealant, are analyzed. The feasible and efficient solution is proposed. As well as several suggestions about maintainability, speed of response to failure and usability are looked forward to high-speed EMU, based on the present maintenance technology.
