摘 要:目的观察清肺除刺方的免疫调节及抗炎作用。方法将70只BALB/C小鼠随机分为2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)造模组32只,二甲苯造模组32只,正常对照组6只。DNFB造模组及二甲苯造模组的小鼠再分别随机分为清肺除刺方组、强的松组、丹参酮胶囊组、模型组,每组8只,分别予以相应的干预措施。观察各组小鼠的耳肿胀及病理状况,并检测小鼠血清可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平。结果①DNFB造模:与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠左右耳片重量差差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各药物组小鼠左右耳片重量差差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与强的松组比较,清肺除刺方组左右耳片重量差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②二甲苯造模:与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠左右耳片重量差差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各药物组小鼠左右耳片重量差差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与强的松组比较,清肺除刺方组左右耳片重量差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③与正常对照组比较,DNFB模型组小鼠血清sIL-2R水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,清肺除刺方组、强的松组、丹参酮胶囊组血清sIL-2R水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清肺除刺方具有确切的抗炎作用,并能在一定程度上抑制细胞免疫。Objective To observe the immunoregulatory and anti-inflammatory effects of "Qingfei Chuci Decoction". Methods Seventy BALB/C mice were randomized into two groups: 32 cases were modeled by 2, 4 December nitro fluorine benzene (DNFB) , and 32 cases were modeled by dimethylbenzene, 6 cases were in normal control group. The 64 models were randomized into "Qingfei Chuci Decoction" group, Prednisone group, Tanshinone Capsule group, model group, 8 mice in each group were treated by corresponding medicine. The ear swelling and pathological condition were observed, and the slL-2R level was detected. Results ① DNFB model : there were significant difference in right-left ear weight difference between model group and normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; thel~ were significant difference hetween model group and medicine groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; no significant difference was found between Prednisone group and " Qingfei Chuci Decoction" group (P 〉 0.05). ② Dimethylbenzene model: there were significant difference in right-left ear weight difference between model group and normal control group ( P 〈0.01 ) ; significant difference was found between model group and the other groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; no significant difference was found between Prednisoue group and "Qingfei Chuci Decoction" group ( P 〉 0.05 ). ③ Compared with normal control group, the slL-2R level was increased significantly in DNFB model group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; no significant difference was found in slL-2R level in "Qingfei Chuci Decoction" group, Prednisone group, Tanshinone Capsule group (P 〉 0.05 ). There were significant differences in sIL-2R level mnong model group, "Qingfei Chuci Decoction" group, Prednisoue group and Taushinone Capsule group (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion "Qingfei Chuci Decoction" has certain anti-inflammatory effect and can restrain the cellular immunity to some extent.
