无垂直瘢痕的垂直真皮乳腺瓣巨乳缩小新术式

摘　　要：目的　进一步减少巨乳缩小成形术后的各种并发症 ,再塑较完美乳房。方法　采用乳房下皱襞切口 ,保留乳房上下方垂直真皮乳腺双蒂瓣 ,切除两侧弧型切口与双蒂之间的皮肤乳房组织巨乳缩小手术 ,于 1994～ 1997年为 6例 11只乳房作缩小成形术。结果　 11只巨乳缩小外形恢复良好 ,未见乳头乳晕坏死及感觉减退或丧失等各种并发症 ,更加符合生理 ,疤痕隐蔽。结论　本术式设计简单 ,安全可靠 ,符合解剖与生理功能 ,实现了泌乳、感觉、外形三者和谐的统一 ,值得推广应用。Objective A new technique is introduced to reduce complications of reduction mammoplasty and to reconstruct beautiful mamma. Methods A perpendicular dermal-mammary bipediel flap for reduction of mammoplasty without perpendicular scar was designed. From 1994 to 1997, 6 women of eleven mammae were operated on with this method. Results All of postoperative mammary shapes were good without complications such as necrosis or senseless of nipple and areolae. The operative results were satisfactory with inconspicuous scar. Conclusion This method is simple,practical and reliable to correspond mammary function of anatomy and physiology, to arrive at the harmony with mammary secretion,sensation and shape.It is worthwhile to be popularized.
