摘 要:将La0.6Nd0.2Mg0.2Ni3.3Co0.3Al0.2储氢合金粉在6 mol/L KOH溶液中进行热碱处理,分析了合金颗粒的相结构、合金电极的电化学性能。在80℃下处理1 h的合金,虽然容量有所降低,但第50次循环的容量保持率由热碱处理前的80.43%增加到处理后的89.78%;以900 mA/g的电流在0.6~1.2 V放电,高倍率放电(HRD)性能由35.7%增加到了62.4%。合金的极化电流(I0)随着循环次数的增加而下降,说明合金的动力学性能在循环过程中不断劣化,导致合金在放电过程中极化现象加剧,主要是因为合金表面被腐蚀。La0. 6 Nd0. 2 Mg0. 2 Ni3.3 Co0. 3 Al0. 2 hydrogen storage alloy was treated by hot alkaline of 6 mol/L KOH, the phase structure of alloy particle and electrochemical performance of the alloy electrode were analyzed. Though the capacity was decreased ,the capacity retention rate in the 50th cycle of alloy treated at 80 ℃ for 1 h was increased from 80.43% of the one before treated by hot alkaline to 89. 78% ,the high rate discharge(HRD) ability of the alloy was increased from 35.7% to 62.4% when discharged in 0. 6 - 1.2 V with the current of 900 mA/g. The polarization current(10 )was decreased with the increasing of cycle number. It showed that the dynamic performance became worse continuously in cycle process, which led the alloy polarization intensified during the discharge process,it was because of the corrosion of the alloy surface.
