摘　　要：园林绿化工程的施工过程复杂,绿植材料具生命特征,产品艺术性强,而造价和施工管理难以控制。专业化监理的发展要求从业人员掌握全面的专业理论知识,能熟练运用工程监理的法律法规和具备一定的艺术修养。专业化监理的重点环节包括协助业主做好施工前的准备工作,把好原材料质量关、工序质量控制等。园林绿化工程专业化监理还存在定位不清晰和专业化复合型人才匮乏的问题。Gardens and virescence has a complex construction process. The plant have life property, the products have distinct artistry, but the cost and construction management is difficult to control The development of specialization supervision demand the practitioner to have professional theory, skilled using the law and regulation of engineering supervision, and have art culture. The important point of specialization supervision include assistant owner to do the preparative work before construction, check on the materials quality and working procedure quality control. There are also problems of unclear position and lack of specialization compound person.
