摘  要:卵形消化池作为污泥处理的核心构筑物,因其良好的刮泥效果及优良的结构形式而得到广泛关注。环梁在卵形消化池结构体系中起到了支撑和约束作用,承上启下,通常设置在上部壳体拉力与环梁下部壳体拉力之比接近1.0的位置处,本文建议初步设计时可取总池高的1/3~1/4,通过不断的工程积累优化消化池的受力体系。Being the core structure in sludge treatment processes, the sludge digesters have arawn wtae asttention for their good sludge scrapping performance and well defined structure. Ring-beam provides support and restrain in the egg-shaped digester structure system. It connects the upper and lower structure, and is usually set at where the ratio of drag force of uper shell to lower shell is near 1.0. It's suggested in this paper that the position would be chosen at 1/3-1/4 of the digester's total height during initial design, and the stress system of digesters should be optimized during continuous accumulation of engineering experience.
