摘  要:本文为增加施工便利,取消了灰库仓壁保温层,并针对取消保温层后的灰库仓壁,分析了在贮料压力及温度作用下的仓壁环向内力,得出灰库仓壁环向为偏心受拉构件的结论。经过计算,重新调整仓壁厚度及配筋可以满足设计要求,取消保温层是可行的。To increase convenience of construction, the circumferential insulation layer of ash silo wall was cancelled.For the fly ash silo wall without insulation layer, the circumferential internal force due to storage material pressure and temperature is analyzed, the conclusion that circumference of ash silo wall is eccentric tension member is achived. Because the calculation results will fulfill the design requirement, so that the thickness of silo wall and reinforcement need to be adjusted again. Through the analysis it is know that to cancel the thermal insulation layer for fly ash silo is feasible.
