摘 要:以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料合成有机硅聚合物,研究文献报道的多种方法测定单体转化率的实用性。采用重量法和气相色谱法,分别对有机硅细乳液聚合进行单体转化率的测定,以确定适合该聚合工艺的D4单体转化率的较准确可靠的测定条件。同时考查了重量法中普通干燥和真空干燥的温度和时间对单体转化率的影响。结果表明:重量法可以较准确可靠地测定D4单体转化率,适合的测定条件为真空干燥,真空度-0.081MPa,温度80℃,时间8h。Silieo of many methods tam more correct ne polymer was synthzied with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane ( D4 ) as raw material, and practicability which were used to determine monomer conversion in references was investigated. In order to oh- and reliable measuring conditions which was appropriate for monomer conversion of D4 of this poly- merization process, monomer conversion of the product was measured by gravimetry and gas chromatography respec- tively. The effects of temperature and time in traditional drying and vacuum drying in gravimetry on monomer con- version were investigated. The results showed that gravimetry could relative correctly and effectively determine mon- omer conversion of the polymer of silicone miniemulsion, and the appropriate conditions were vacuum drying, the vaccum degree -0. 081MPa, temperature 80℃ and time 8 hours.
