浅谈污水处理计算机控制系统设计

摘　　要：电炉烟气净化循环水系统是一种先进的污水处理工艺,基于此设计了一种实现计算机自动控制系统,该系统具有较好的灵活性、较高的可靠性和可维护性。本着技术先进、配置合理、操作维护简单、节约投资的原则,自动化系统采用电仪一体化(电气、仪表共用)的分布式PLC控制系统,以西门子S7-300 PLC控制装置为核心,根据控制功能区域划分为分布式的控制单元,采用分布式I/O,实现分布远程控制。利用工业以太网、现场PROFIBUS-DP,将PLC与操作站(HMI)、分布式I/O站有机地连接。该系统投入运行后,效果良好。Furnace flue gas purification circulating water system is a wastewater treatment process. According to this designed a computer automation control system, this system has good flexibility, high reliability and maintainability. Based on the principle of advanced technology, reasonable allocation, simple operation maintenance, saving investment, automatic system uses distributed PLC control system of E＆l integration, siemens S7-300 PLC control device is the core, dividing distributed control unit according to control function area, using distributed I/O to realize distributional long- distance control. The PLC organically connect with operation station （HM1） and distributed I/O by using industrial ethernet, field PROFIBUS-DP. After the system put into operation, the effect is good.
