摘　　要：安徽师范大学国家级地理科学特色专业建设点经过几年的探索与实践,形成了一个高校与中学合作的"H"型教师的职前培养模式,即以"双导师"为抓手构建合作化的培养模式,以"课程群"为目标建设特色化的课程体系,以"大课堂"为理念重构多元化的教学模式,以"七个一"为基础搭建全程化的实践教学体系。After years of exploration and practice,the characteristic specialty building of national-leveled geographical science in Anhui Normal University has formed a pre-service training mode of ＂H＂ type teachers with the cooperation between the university and middle schools.It is a training mode built with cooperation of ＂double tutor＂ system;a curriculum system of ＂curriculum group＂ aiming at the build-up of characteristic specialty;a teaching mode in the concept of ＂grand classroom＂ for restructuring diversification;and a practically thorough education system based on ＂seven one-minute＂ concept.
