依据手术时间分布实施手术室护理人员调度策略的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探索手术室最佳排班方法,提高效率,降低人力成本。方法:从手术麻醉系统中调出2011年6月至2012年5月某三级甲等医院手术室的全部手术时间,统计分析并总结其规律。结果:根据实际工作经调整后,除剖宫产专用手术间外的其余所有手术间平均每日工作时间为(9.69±0.52)h。结论:将护理人员每日工作时间调整为10h工作制,既可以在不增加人力的基础上尽量减少加班时数,又可以保证休息时间。Objective： To explore the optimal nurse scheduling methods in the operating room, improve efficiency and reduce labor costs. Methods： The authors exported all of the information of operation time （from June 201l to May 2012） from anesthesia information management system. And then they analyzed the regular rules. Results： Except for special operation room of cesarean section, the daily average working time of all operation room was （9.69±0.52） hours. Conclusion： If not increasing human resource, adjusting the nursing staff daily work time to ten hours should be reasonable to reduce overtime hours and ensure nurses＇ rest period.
