摘  要:目的:探讨情景模拟法应用于精神科应急预案培训的效果。方法:对全院护士、护师、主管护师分别进行噎食、自缢、冲动应急预案的培训,培训方式采取情景模拟、角色扮演、微格教学,并采用多种评价方法。结果:实施应急预案培训后,各级护士理论及操作成绩、优质护理服务工作质量及核心制度掌握情况均较培训前提高(P<0.01);冲动患者约束率从20.2%下降到16.3%(P<0.01)。结论:精神科有效地应用情景模拟法实施应急预案的培训,可以提高护士的业务素质,降低冲动患者的约束率,提升护理质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of scene simulation method in psychiatric emergency preplan training. Methods: We trained all nurses about choke food first aid, hanging first aid and protective constraint about impulsive behavior by taking scene simulation, role playing and micro-standard teaching methods with a variety of evaluation methods. Results: After the training program, theory and operation examination results of all nurses, quality of care and core system control quality were higher than before (P〈0.01); Impulse patient constraint rate was reduced from 20.2% to 16.3% (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The application of scene simulation method in psychiatric emergency preplan training can improve nurses' competency, reduce impulse patient constraint rate and improve quality of care.
