精神科应急预案情景模拟培训的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨情景模拟法应用于精神科应急预案培训的效果。方法:对全院护士、护师、主管护师分别进行噎食、自缢、冲动应急预案的培训,培训方式采取情景模拟、角色扮演、微格教学,并采用多种评价方法。结果:实施应急预案培训后,各级护士理论及操作成绩、优质护理服务工作质量及核心制度掌握情况均较培训前提高(P<0.01);冲动患者约束率从20.2%下降到16.3%(P<0.01)。结论:精神科有效地应用情景模拟法实施应急预案的培训,可以提高护士的业务素质,降低冲动患者的约束率,提升护理质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of scene simulation method in psychiatric emergency preplan training. Methods： We trained all nurses about choke food first aid, hanging first aid and protective constraint about impulsive behavior by taking scene simulation, role playing and micro-standard teaching methods with a variety of evaluation methods. Results： After the training program, theory and operation examination results of all nurses, quality of care and core system control quality were higher than before （P〈0.01）; Impulse patient constraint rate was reduced from 20.2% to 16.3% （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The application of scene simulation method in psychiatric emergency preplan training can improve nurses＇ competency, reduce impulse patient constraint rate and improve quality of care.
