门诊手术室病理标本管理缺陷分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:分析门诊手术室病理标本管理中的缺陷因素,制定相应改进措施。方法:对护士进行培训,改进标本存放区域,应用信息系统代替手工书写标本标志,改进固定液取液装置,规范标本管理制度,改进标本处理流程等。结果:改进前后标本袋字迹不清、病检单字迹不清、患者名称不一致、标本质量不合格发生率经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。改进后标本处理、核对、发报告查找时间明显缩短,回执单丢失率少于改进前(P<0.01)。结论:通过各项措施的落实,降低了病理标本管理的安全隐患,提高了病理标本送检质量和工作效率。Objective： To analyze the deficiency on biopsy specimens management and to formulate the corresponding improvement measures. Methods： We provided the training programs for nurses, made spacious specimens storage area, set up the computerized information system instead of hand writing, modified the specimens fixation mixture device, set standard system of specimens management, and improved specimens processing procedures. Results： The rates of unclear writing of specimen bag and biopsy filing sheet, inconsistent names of the specimens, and unqualified specimens before and after the improvement had significant differences （P〈0.01）. The time taking for specimen processing ,checking and reporting were shortened and the receipt losing rates were decreased after the improvement （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： After implementing the countermeasures, we could reduce the potential safety hazards of specimens management and improve the quality and efficiency of specimens processing.
