摘　　要：积极运用新一代信息技术,创新健康管理和干预方式,实现智慧健康,是社会发展的必然要求。本文在总结浙江省过去几年实施数字卫生的成效与当前面临问题的基础上,提出要在云计算、大数据、强基础等理念下,率先突破区域卫生信息平台建设,从而实现智慧健康发展目标。Applying new generation IT to innovate health management and means of intervention so that to achieve smart health, which is the inevitable requirement of modern social development. Based on digital health development experience in the past few years of Zhejiang Province, this paper puts forward that accelerating construction of regional health information platform needs to employ cloud computing, utilize big data and enhance infrastructure, so as to realize the target of smart health.
