摘　　要：目的推进医院信息化的应用,促进医院科学管理。方法以医院法定报表为例,探索可由业务人员自行设计与制作统计分析表、图等的技术实现方法。结果采用智能化的商业智能BI工具,设计开发了一套由业务人员主导、工程师协同实现的医院决策支持系统,并对全省190家二级及以上医院统计或病案信息人员等进行操作培训与考核、试用练习,业务人员2周至1个月可完全掌握其技术实现方法,按需随意制作医院决策支持服务的各类分析表、图、分析报告等。结论基于医务人员的医院决策支持系统方便适用,可大幅度推进医院信息化的应用。Objective To promote the application and development of hospital information source for the scientific management of hospital. Methods Take the statutory data collect table from hospital for example, explore the method of technology implementation that business people design and produce the statistical analysis tables, maps, etc. Results Using intelligent business intelligence （BI） tools, hospital decision support system was designed and implemented by business people with the engineer help. A bout 190 statistics or medical record information personnel from secondary and higher hospitals took part in the training and practicing .they can design and make the analysis table, chart and generate the required report by themselves after practicing for two weeks or one month ,which provides an important reference for hospital decision-making. Conclusion Hospital decision support system based on the medical staff is very convenient, which will obviously improve the application of hospital information.
