热浪中的灾害医学问题

摘　　要：随着全球气候变暖，热浪发生越来越频繁，诱发群体性热相关性疾病的概率也随之升高。急救部门对热相关性疾病的紧急救治，应当主要针对中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统并兼顾其它器官系统来进行预防和治疗。应对热浪及群体性热相关性疾病，急救部门应当密切监控天气变化，制定好接收大量热相关性疾病患者的应急预案，并对高危人群及民众进行宣传教育，对于预防群体性热相关性疾病的发生及降低死亡率具有重要作用。Global warming and more frequent occurrence of heat wave has induced group heat-related diseases. The emergency treatment to heat-related diseases is suggested to be focused on the prevention and treatment for nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and etc., closely monitoring On the weather changes, preparing relief plan to take numerous heat-related patients. Furthermore, .conduct the educational programs for those high-risk groups and the public which are essential to prevent the occurrence of the heat-related diseases and reduce mortality.
