摘  要:基于ITS序列用MEGA分析方法构建多年卧孔菌属28个种的分子系统树,确定白蜡多年卧孔菌和刺槐多年卧孔菌(槐耳)亲缘关系较近。白蜡多年卧孔菌粗提物大多具有一定的清除.DPPH活性,并随着提取物浓度的增加清除率也增高。通过清除.DPPH活力和总还原力比较分析,菌丝体和发酵液较好,较利于工业化开发。对子实体、菌丝体醇提取物、发酵液进行了抗宫颈癌Hela细胞活性检测发现,子实体乙醇提取物、发酵液具有一定的抑制肿瘤细胞的作用。The molecular phylogenetic relationships between Perenniporia fraxinea and P. robiniophila were discussed in this paper. A molecular phylogenetic tree that contain 28 species was constructed based on ITS sequences by MEGA analysis. P. fraxinea and P. robiniophila have close affinity. Most crude extracts of P. fraxinea have certain ability to clear· DPPH, and with the increase of extract concentra- tion, clear rate increases. Comparative analysis of clear' DPPH vitality and total reducing capacity indi- cates that mycelia and fermentation broth are better, more conducive to industrial development. Human cervix epitheloid carcinoma cell lines(Hela) of alcohol extract of fruiting body and mycelia and fermenta- tion beth were detected. The result indicates that fruiting body ethanol extract and fermentation broth have certain tumor cell inhibiting function. Anti-tumor activity on P. fraxinea is worth exploring.
