摘  要:目的优选仙慈胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以干浸膏得率和野黄芩苷含量为评价指标,采用正交试验法考察提取时间、提取次数和加水量3个因素对提取效果的影响,通过综合评分筛选出仙慈胶囊的最佳提取工艺。结果提取次数对试验结果有显著影响,而加水倍量和提取时间对结果无显著影响。综合考虑各因素的影响及生产实际需要,确定的最佳提取工艺为:水煎煮3次,每次0.5 h,加水量依次为12、10、10倍。结论该提取工艺合理,为仙慈胶囊的制备提供科学依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xianci capsules. Methods Extraction yields of solid drug and scutellarin were regarded as the investigation index, and duration on extraction, extraction times and the amount of water were evaluated by orthogonal experimental design, and the best extraction process was statistically analyzed and screened by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. Results Number of extractions had notable effect on experimental results, while the amount of water and the duration of extraction had no notable effects. Considering the effects of the 3 factors and actual production process synthetically, the optimum condition of extraction process was 2 times of water, 10 times of water, extraction time 0.5 h and extracting 3 times. Conclusion The optimum extraction process is reasonable, which provide the scientific basis for the preparation of Xianci capsules.
