摘　　要：目的探讨护理质量督导方法，持续改进护理质量。方法采用分组专项检查，以现场、书面、会议等多种形式进行反馈，关注共性问题，进行原因分析，提出整改建议，追踪整改效果。结果每月专项检查有侧重，使督查向纵深发展；反馈形式的多样化能在短时间内将质控反馈信息传递给护理人员。结论专项督查更有利于发现护理质量问题的根本性原因。并有针对性进行整改．可持续改进护理质量。Objective Discusss nursing quality supervision method, improve nursing quality continuously. Methods Adopt special inspections in groups, feedback in many ways, such as spots, written forms,meetings and so on, pay attention to common problems, analyze the causes,give advice on reform, and track reforming effects.Results There are key points in special inspections every month,making the supervision develop both in scope and in depth;There are a variety of feedback methods, to ensure that the feedback on quality information can be transmitted to the nursing staff in a short time. Conclusion Special supervision makes it convenient to find out the fundamental reasons of nursing quality problems and carry out specific improvement, thus improving nursing quality continuously.
