摘  要:目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗对高原脱习服症者红细胞指标的影响。方法:对驻守海拔5 000m以上地区1年的20名男性青年,在返回平原(海拔1 400m)第2天开始进行HBO治疗,连续治疗10天。在治疗前、治疗第7天和第10天清晨分别采空腹静脉血检测血红蛋白(Hb)及红细胞指标。结果:治疗第7天较治疗前,红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(Hct)、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)降低,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),Hb、平均红细胞体积(MCV)无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗第10天较治疗前,RBC、Hct、MCH、MCHC、Hb降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01或<0.05),MCV无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗第10天较治疗第7天,Hct降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:HBO可使高原脱习服症者红细胞数减少,降低红细胞黏度,增强红细胞变形能力,促进血液循环和新陈代谢。Objective:To explore the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on red blood cell index of human de-adaptation to high altitude.Methods:20 young men,who have lived above 5 000m altitude for 1 year,were acutely exposed to 1 400m lowland.Then they were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the 2nd postlowland for 10 days.The level of Hb,Hct,MCH and MCHC were detected before and 7d and 10d after treatment.Results:As compared with pre-treatment,level of RBC,Hct,MCH and MCHC reduced significantly(P&lt;0.01) after 7d treatment,but no difference for Hb and MCV(P&gt;0.05);and level of RBC,Hct,MCH,MCHC,HGB reduced significantly(P&lt;0.01 or &lt;0.05) after 10d treatment,no difference in MCV(P&gt;0.05).a Level of Hct reduced significantly after 10d treatment compared with 7d treatment(P&lt;0.05).Conclusions:Treatment of hyperbaric oxygen can reduce number of RBC and depress it’s viscosity and boost up anamorphic ability and thus to accelerate blood circulation and metabolism,and to improve micro-circle and hemorheology of human de-adaptation to high altitude.
