摘　　要：育人模式是指设计、组织调控育人活动的一整套规范的方法体系。它是育人理论的具体化和育人经验的一种系统概括,是介于育人理论和育人实践的一个中间环节。学院一项人才培养方案的项目工程,是独立学院育人模式的探索创新,具有重要的理论和现实意义。Mode of education refers to the design,the methodology of the set of standardized organizational regulation of activities of educating people.
