摘　　要：建筑工程评标过程中,经常会由于对相关法律法规和规范性文件条文的不同理解、招标文件规定不细致等原因出现意见分歧和争议。不仅评标效率低,有时还会对评标结果产生不良影响。通过对评标环节中几个常见争议问题的探讨,理清相关问题的实质,以期对评标工作有所启迪。Due to the different interpretations of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents and the incom- pleteness of tender documents, there will be always disagreements and controversies during the bidding process of the construction project, which results in the lower bidding efficiency and the adverse impact on the bidding results. This paper clarifies the relevant problems to inspire its essence by dealing with several common controversial issues in the bidding process.
