摘　　要：我国铁路建设面临资金缺口大、融资渠道少的融资困境。在铁路政企分开的新时期可以探索多种融资方式:网运分离、分类投资;公益性线路由政府财政援助、一体化建设运营;经营性线路大胆尝试商业化运作;公益性与经营性兼备的线路可采用资产证券化项目融资。等等。China＇s railway construction facing finaneing difficulties such as flmding gap and few financing channels. Today. flulelions of railway-enlerprise have heen separated from government, a variety of financing methods can be explored： The separation of network and operation, investments classified, Assistance from the government budget to welfare line, integration of conslruction and operation. The bohl commercial operation on operaling-line; A project financing can be used fro some lines with characteristics of public welfare and commercial purpose.
