摘　　要：水电站防洪抢险事关人民生命和财产安全。以黄金坪水电站8#公路抗洪抢险为例,分析总结本次险情的原因、存在的问题和排除隐患所采取的措施,对于电站的建设管理、防汛安全检查、汛期安全度汛方案、防洪抢险应急预案等提出思路和建议。Flood control and emergency risk elimination of hydropower station are closely related to the people＇ s byes and properties. Taking the flood fighting and risk elimination of No. 8 Highway for Huangjinping Hydropower Station as a case, Not only the causations and existing problems of the risk therein as well as the countermeasures adopted for the risk elimination are ana- lyzed and summarized herein, but the relevant considerations and suggestions on the safety inspection for flood control, the scheme for flood prevention during flood period and the emergency response pre-plan for flood fighting and risk ehmination are also put forward.
