论普通高校体育俱乐部发展中的问题与对策

摘　　要：在21世纪新一轮的课标改革的浪潮中,传统的体育教学模式固然有其优势,但已经很难满足社会发展和教学对象对普通高校体育教育所提出的需求。高校体育俱乐部作为在普通高校发展较快的一种新兴体育教学模式在我国开展已经经历较长的时间,但因各种原因而存在着诸多制约其合理发展的问题。本文通过应用相关理论和研究方法对其存在的本质问题进行深入剖析,认为其自身还存在运作中的管理机制不健全;缺少相应的配给资源;教学理论体系存在争议;体育俱乐部管理者自身能力不足等问题。需要采用将普通高校体育俱乐部纳入到高校体育课程中去,并借鉴发达国家的现今管理方法通过多方面的渠道提高资源的配给力度,同时建立较为科学合理的完整教学理论体系,以及大力提高普通高校体育俱乐部高层管理者的自身知识能力等相应对策去解决上述不足,从而使我国的普通高校体育俱乐部能更好更快地发展。In the 21st century, in the tide of a new round of curriculum reform, the traditional teaching model sports are certainly has its advantages, but has been difficult to meet the social development and the teaching object of ordinary university sports education of the requirements. College sports club as a rapid developing one kind of emerging in ordinary colleges and universities sports teaching mode has experienced a long time in China, but because of various reasons and there are many restricting its reasonable development. In this paper, by applying the related theories and research methods for the researches in the essence of the problems, think of its own operation still exist in management mechanism is not sound; Lack of corresponding rationing resources; Teaching theory system of controversial; Insufficient sports club manage ment capacity, etc. Need to adopt to include ordinary university sports club in colleges and universities sports curriculum, and draw lessons from developed countries nowadays management methods through various channels to improve resources distribution, at the same time, establish a more scientific and reasonable complete teaching theory system, and improve the ordinary university sports club top managers own intellectual ability, etc. The corresponding countermeasures to solve the above shortcomings, thus make the our country ordinary university sports club, can better and faster development.
