直流电桥电阻箱高准确度测量方法的研究

摘　　要：使用等比链式电桥对100Ω及以下阻值测量时,准确度达不到0.0005级。应用电桥不完全平衡法读数虚设零位的测量方法,特别在测量100Ω以下标准电阻时,能消除寄生电势影响,实验结果验证了测量结果能满足0.0005级要求。When using the geometric chain bridge to measure resistance value 100 Ω and below, its accuracy could not reach 0.0005 error level. Applying the method of the measurement of incomplete balance and dummy zero, especially for standard resistance of its value 1 00 Ω and below, it can eliminate the effects of parasitic potential. The experimental consequences demonstrated that the measurement results could satisfy with 0.0005 error level.
