摘 要:γ-羟基丁烯酸内酯是具有生物活性的多种药物的重要组成部分,以呋喃衍生物(糠醛等)为原料,在光敏剂玫瑰红存在下,可见光照射,发生单重态氧光敏氧化反应,制得γ-羟基丁烯酸内酯类化合物,产率可达85%,并进一步探讨了不同底物、溶剂极性、氧气流速、光敏剂浓度对光敏氧化反应的影响.5-hydroxy-2-(5H)-furanone derivatives is a key constituent of many biomedical products.In this research,the rose bengal(RB) dyes were applied in the organic synthesis as photosensitizer.Furan derivatives were used as the substrates for the photooxygenation reaction.The desired γ-butenolide and its derivatives were obtained.The yields were up to 85%.And the reaction conditions such as the substrate,polarity of the solvent,the oxygen flow rate and the concentration of sensitizer were further explored.
