摘 要:采用固相萃取法对纺织品中残留10种有机磷农残进行样品净化处理,可使纺织品中的农药残留与染料等纺化助剂得到较好的分离,并可去除其他干扰物,且试样制备速度快.利用气相色谱法可以同时定性定量测定10种有机磷农药残留,在给定的浓度范围内,各农药组分呈现良好的线性关系,农药的平均回收率在49.4%~106.3%之间,变异系数小于11.94%,检出限范围为0.1~20.0 mg/kg.本方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,可适用于生态纺织品中有机磷农药的快速检测.The 10 organophosphorus pesticides in cotton textiles can be rapidly extracted and separated by using solid-phase extraction, and the textile auxiliary agents and other interfering matters can be well separated with pesticides of textile or be eliminated in this condition, and preparation was more rapid than other methods. The residues of 10 organophosphorus pesticides at same time can be identified and quantified by GC-MS. The average recovery rations were 49.4% - 106.3%. Good repeatability was obtained in all the eases with coefficients of variation lower 11.94% , and the limit of detection was 0. 1 - 50.0 μg/kg. The developed method is easy to operate, rapid and higher sensitivity, which is reliable for determination of organophosphorus residues in cotton textiles.
