基于决策树的空服人员作业危害因素分析

摘　　要：为有效评估空服人员作业过程中面临的危害因素,为航空公司制定相应的管理措施提供依据,分析空服人员在高空作业时存在的各种危害因素,并进行系统分类。在此基础上做问卷设计及数据调查,应用决策树方法对结果进行知识挖掘,以确定空服人员作业危害的关键要素及相应决策准则。通过理论分析与实例应用,验证该评估方法的可行性,并确定关键作业危害因素及决策准则,最后根据空服人员的工作特征以及国内外空服人员的生活现状提出改进措施及建议。In order to effectively evaluate the hazards those flight attendants 1ace m me avlauon worr, environment, and provide a sound basis for developing related mangement measures by the airlines, vari- ous hazardous factors in high-altitude operations were analyzed. Classification of the factors was made. A questionnaire was designed and an investigation into the factors was carried out. Finally, the decision tree method was applied to knowledge mining based on the results to determine the key flight attendant hazard factors. Through theoretical analysis and practical application, the feasibility of the evaluation method was verified. Some management improving measures were put forward according to the present life and working characteristics of flight attendants in China and abroad.
