摘　　要：目的:总结如何进一步提高CT引导下经皮胸部穿刺活检术的成功率。方法:回顾分析191例行CT引导下经皮胸部穿刺活检术病例,总结穿刺技巧,观察并发症发生情况,提出有效的并发症预防措施。结果:191例均穿刺成功,气胸46例(24%),肺出血51例(27%),皮下气肿1例,少量气胸及出血无需处理,出血量较大者药物止血。结论:经皮胸部穿刺均获得有效穿刺活检组织,未发生严重并发症。Objective： to summarize how to improve the success rate of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of the chest. Metlleds：to retrospective analysis 191 routine CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of the chest cases,to summari- zes the puncture skills,to observe complications,and put effective prevention and control measures. Remits： 191 cases were puncture sueeess,pneumothorax 46 eases （24%） ,pulmonary hemorrhage 51 eases （27%） ,subcutaneous emphysema 1 exam- ple,and small amount of pneumothorax and bleeding not processing, amount of bleeding larger medical or surgical hemostasis. Conclusion：All eases get effective biopsy tissue through pereutaneeus chest puneture and have no serious eoraplieations.
