中医药治疗痛风的临床研究进展

摘　　要：痛风是尿酸排泄减少，嘌呤代谢障碍，尿酸累积而致的疾病。患者以高尿酸血症、特征性急性关节炎、痛风结石形成为特点，严重者可致关节畸形及功能障碍或痛风性肾病。针对痛风不同临床表现，中医药治疗痛风有显著优势。中药内服、外敷及针灸疗法对痛风均有一定疗效，可根据病情不同阶段辨证施治。多种方法结合的治疗具有增强疗效，缩短病程，降低病情程度，不良反应少等优点。Gout is a kind of disease, which is caused by accumulation of uric acid （UA） due to the reduced emissions of UA and purine dysbolism. The clinical symptoms are characterized by hyperuricemia, acute arthritis and the formation of uric acid stones. What is worse, it can lead to joint deformity, joint dysfunction or gouty nephropathy. Aiming different clinical symptoms of gout, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has remarkable advantages in the treatment of gout. There are certain clinical effects on gout by oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine and/or acupuncture therapy. According to different stages of diseases,the dialectical treatment should be used flexibly. The combination of various methods of treatment can enhance the efficacy, shorten the duration of disease and reduce the severity of disease. TCM has the advantages of low toxicity and few adverse reactions in the treatment of gout.
