摘　　要：刺络拔罐疗法是以三棱针等针具剌破人体某些腧穴、病灶、病理反应点或浅表血络，并放出少量血液，再以闪火法，使其局部瘀血或出血，从而治愈疾病的一种特殊外治方法。通过搜集整理历代医家刺络拔罐疗法的理论研究与临床治疗情况的相关文献，结合现代医学对刺络拔罐作用原理的研究，总结刺络拔罐疗法的作用原理，阐明刺络拔罐疗法运用于临床的理论依据并提出展望。The pricking and cupping therapy is a special external treatment of healing. The therapy evolves small amounts of blood with three-edged needles and then using flash cupping method breaking acupoints, lesions, pathological reaction points and superficial blood vessels, occurring the local bleeding or blood stasis. By collecting and systemizing relevant literature of ancient physicians in theoretical study and clinical treatment method about pricking and cupping therapy, combined with modern medicine to clarify the theoretical basis of cupping therapy and prospects of the future study.
