我国在业人口人力资本存量对经济增长影响的分析

摘　　要：文章选用在业人口的人力资本存量作为分析对象,根据1998～2010年我国GDP总量和人均GDP统计资料的分析,选用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数,并对其改进以后作为分析模型,建立以GDP为被解释变量,物质资本和在业人口人力资本存量为解释变量的生产函数回归方程,并用SPSS软件对汇总的数据做线性回归分析,得到我国生产函数线性回归方程,统计分析结果中物质资本和人力资本弹性系数在0.05的显著性水平上通过了检验。文章主要研究我国在业人口人力资本存量对经济增长的贡献率,进而提出我国人力资本开发利用的建议。In the study of the role of human capital stock on economic growth,many scholars to the household population of the human capital stock as a research object,Based on the statistical analysis of per capital GDP and GDP in China between 1998 and 2010,this paper uses a model which has been improved through the Cobb-Duglas production function,to built a regression equation of production function by selecting GDP as exogenous variable,investment of fixed assets and human capital stock of employed population as endogenous variables in order to get a nationwide regression equation of production function,we made a linear regression analysis of data aggregation in SPSS which has been checked for the appreciable impact by applying an elasticity coefficients as 0.05 of capital and human capital.In this paper,we focus on the contribution rate of human capital stock of employed population to the economic growth then propose a suggestion about exploitation and development of national human capital.
