摘　　要：在行政法学视野下,我国公租房制度的管制脉络分析可以在有效评估现实功能的同时,促进理论研究深化。通过明确其保障发展权的制度价值取向,结合既有住房结构、城镇化发展、区域经济差异等客观环境,进而提出公租房供给区别于传统行政给付的若干新思路。in the view of administrative law in China from the perspective of public housing system,the control can be effective in the practical context analysis evaluation function at the same time,promote the deepening theoretical research on.Through clearly defining the security development right system value orientation,combined with the existing housing structure,urbanization,regional economic difference of objective environment,and then put forward the public rental housing supply is different from the traditional administrative benefit,some new thinking.
