摘　　要：大岗山水电站拱坝最大坝高210 m,巨大的水压力完全由拱肩承担,因此,对拱肩槽的开挖质量要求甚高。根据拱肩槽开挖的质量要求,业主单位遵循"事前准备、事中控制和事后总结"的原则。通过精细化管理,使拱肩槽的开挖质量指标达到优良标准,一次性通过专家验收。详细阐述了整个开挖管理过程,其管理经验可供同类工程参考。The Dagangshan Hydropower Station has an arch dam of 210m high,and the extra-large water head requires a high level quality control for excavation of dam abutment groove.The employer adopts the measures as ＂pre-preparing,controlling in process and summing up afterwards＂ according to the excavation requirement.Through meticulous management,the excavation quality of abutment groove reaches an excellent standard,and has been checked and accepted by experts.We demonstrate the excavation management process in detail,which can be referred by similar projects.
