摘  要:大岗山大坝人工骨料采用的原材料为中粒二长花岗岩,硬度中等,工程所在地地质条件差,骨料加工系统高峰运行持续时间长,建设难度大。针对工程特点,设计时采取多种措施保证系统可靠性和降低建设难度,详细介绍了系统的选址、平面布置、工艺设计、设备选型、以及运行和建设管理经验。对系统在运行中出现的问题进行了总结和反思,可供设计人员借鉴和参考。The artificial aggregate processing system for dam construction of Dagangshan Hydropower Project uses medium granular adamellite with medium hardness and the processing system is constructed in the area of poor geological condition and characterized as long peak running period and difficult construction.In the light of the system characteristics,multiple measures are adopted for guaranteeing the reliability of the system and reducing the construction difficulty.The site selection,plane layout,technical design,equipment selection and experiences of operation and construction are introduced as well.However,some problems still existed in the system operation,which should be taken into consideration and summarized by the designer.
