摘 要:利用Gleeble-1500热应力/应变模拟实验机对50Mn2V的高温力学性能进行了研究与测试;同时对试样拉断后的断口形貌、金相组织及断面成分,分别采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和EDS能谱进行观察分析。研究表明:50Mn2V铸坯存在600~950℃和1300~1465℃两个脆性温度区,断面收缩率均小于60%;在600~1250℃范围内,随着温度的升高,试样断裂方式由以沿晶为主的混合型断裂向韧性穿晶断裂转变;1300℃~熔点温度区域,试样沿着断口固液两相断裂。High temperature thermoplastic of 50Mn2V casting slab was tested by Gleeble-1500 thermalsimulator machine. The morphology, microstructure and composition of fracture surfacewere observed and analyzed by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The results showthat,there are two brittle temperature zones of 50Mn2V casting slab at the temperature of 600 -950 ℃ and 1300 -1465 ℃, respectively,The section shrinkage rate is less than 60%. The fracture mode changesfrom from mixed ones dominated by intergranular to toughness transgranular one with the increase of temperatureat the range of 600 - 1250 ℃. However, the fracture isalong thesolid-liquid phase at the range of 1300 ℃ melting point.
