煤气洗萘工艺应用与研究

摘　　要：萘为煤高温炭化时热分解所形成的产品之一,焦炉煤气中萘会在煤气管道中和某些设备中沉积下来,易堵塞设备和管道,不仅增加煤气流动阻力,而且破坏正常操作,因此必须对焦炉煤气中的萘予以脱出。本文介绍了传统洗萘塔油洗萘工艺,并对我厂初冷器混合液洗萘工艺进行了详细阐述,对两种煤气洗萘工艺的优缺点进行了分析。Naphthalene as coal high temperature carbonization heat decomposition products formed by one, naphthalene in coke oven gas in gas pipeline and some equipment is deposited, easy blockage of equipment and pipeline, not only increase the gas flow resistance, and disruption of normal operation, so we have to be out of naphthalene in coke oven gas. This paper introduces the traditional washing naphthalene washing naphthalene technics tower, and I plant the primary cooler liquid mixture of washing naphthalene technics are described in detail, on two kinds of gas washing naphthalene technics of the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.
