摘 要:应用DEXA测定84名大学一年级女生骨密度和体质成分,通过问卷调查了解实验对象每日牛奶摄入情况.结果显示:研究对象中对照组和运动组的体质量指数(BMI)分别为19.2±2.4和19.8±2.3 kg/m2;瘦体重38.4±3.6和39.7±4.5kg;体脂百分比(26.2±3.3)%和(25.4±2.7)%,运动组的瘦体重、体脂百分比以及各部位骨密度与对照组之间均呈显著性差异(P<0.05).各组实验对象腰椎、髋部骨密度与体重、BMI、瘦体重和体脂百分比均呈正相关(P<0.01),牛奶摄入量≥250ml/d者骨密度高于不足250ml/d者,但无显著差异(P>0.05).适宜的户外体育运动对于女性峰值骨密度具有良好的促进作用,单纯牛奶摄入对于骨密度的影响不明显.84 female students were tested on the influence factors on female college students' bone mineral density (BMD). Each testee's lumbar and total hip BMD were measured by DEXA. Milk intake and physical exercise time were acquired by questionnaires. Results include: 1) BMD and body mass index (BMI) in the students taking exercise were higher than those of non-exercise takers (P〈0.05); 2) Bodyweight, BMI and body fat percentage were significantly positively correlated with BMD (P〈0.01); 3) The BMD of objects whose milk intake was more than 250ml per day were higher than those of less than 250ml per day (P〉0.05). It is concluded that exercise, bodyweight, BMI and body fat percentage were the main influence factors of BMD. The influence of milk intake on BMD was not significant.
