摘  要:目的:观察静脉预先注射地佐辛对全麻诱导期间舒芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应的影响。方法:选择拟行全麻手术患者80例,采用随机数字表法,将患者随机分为地佐辛组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组各40例,对照组不推注地佐辛;地佐辛组于麻醉诱导前8分钟静脉推注地佐辛0.1 mg/kg。观察两组舒芬太尼注射后的呛咳发生率、程度及呛咳前后的血流动力学的变化。结果:地佐辛组没有发生呛咳,而对照组呛咳发生率为72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在发生呛咳反射前后收缩压、舒张压、心率有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:预先静脉注射地佐辛可有效预防麻醉诱导期间舒芬太尼所致的呛咳。Objective: To investigate the effect of prophylactic intravenous administration of dezocine on inhibiting sufentanil-induced cough during anesthesia induction.Methods: 80 patients of ASA I~1I scheduled for elective surgery were randomly divided into dezocine group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given either intravenous dezocine 0.1 mg/kg or a matching placebo(equal volume of 0.9% saline) 8 min before the induction of general anesthesia.The occurrence and degree of cough was recorded within one minute after sufentanil injection,and hemodynamic changes before and after cough.Results: No patient in the dezocine group had cough,and 29 patients in the control group had cough.This difference was statistical between these two groups(P0.05).This levels of HR and BP was statistically different before and after cough(P0.05).Conclusion: Intravenous injection dezocine 0.1 mg/kg 8 min prior to induction was effective in suppressing sufentanyl-induced cough in our patients.
