伤椎植骨结合后路钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:报告经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:2009年8月-2011年4月,使用我院自行设计椎体内植骨器通过伤椎椎弓根将医用磷酸钙人工骨植骨于伤椎椎体内治疗23例新鲜胸腰椎骨折。结果:所有患者均获得随访,术后3-6月有部分骨替代,6-8月骨缺损处出现骨硬化带及部分骨组织,椎体前缘高度比值由术前30%-60%上升到术后88%-95%,末次随访时高度无明显丢失,未出现螺钉松动断裂现象。结论:经椎弓根植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折能有效防止椎体高度丢失和减少并发症的发生。Objective： To report the preliminary clinical results of thoraco-1umbar fractures treated with transpedieular grafting by pedicle.Methods： We selected 23 cases that enrolled in our hospital with thoraco-lumbar fractures from August 2009 to April 2011 to conduct the transpedieular grafting with artificial bone by our self-designed instrument.Results： All the patients were followed up,all patients presented partial bone substitute after 3-6 months,bone defects appear osteosclerotic zone and part of bone tissue after 6-8 months,the ratio of anterior vertebral body height by preoperative 30%-60% up to 88%-95% after operation,the last follow-up does not appear significant loss of height,none of screw loosening and fracture phenomenon.Conclusion： Internal fixation of transpedieular grafting by pedicle could effectively prevent loss of vertebral body height and reduce the incidence of complications
